Wednesday's NBA DFS Picks
Wednesday’s NBA Playoffs schedule features three games. Here’s our suggested Daily Fantasy plays for the three games that will be taking place tonight.
Point Guard – T’Wolves’ Derrick Rose (at Houston, 9:30PM ET) $3,600
Rose saw 24 minutes of play in Game 1 of the series and scored 24 fantasy points. He wasn’t used much during the regular season, but Minnesota turned to his veteran presence in the playoffs and I think they will do that again tonight. His very cheap price allows you to spend big elsewhere while still getting a good 20-30 fantasy points.
Shooting Guard – Pacers’ Bojan Bogdanovic (at Cleveland, 7PM ET) $5,100
Bogdanovic saw 39 minutes of game time in the series opener and put up 30 fantasy points despite shooting just 5 of 17 from the floor. He is someone that is capable of getting hot and he can provide a big fantasy outing if he does. He should see plenty of time on the floor tonight and could provide around 40 fantasy points.
Small Forward – Jazz’ Joe Ingles (at Oklahoma City, 8PM ET) $5,900
Ingles had a lackluster Game 1 for Utah, posting just 17.5 fantasy points. However, Donovan Mitchell is dealing with a foot injury and could be limited tonight. That means the Jazz will need more from Ingles. Prior to his last three games, Ingles had scored at least 32 fantasy points in three straight. I think he gets back toward that in Game 2.
Power Forward – Cavs’ LeBron James (vs. Indiana, 7PM ET) $11,500
Even in a poor showing for Cleveland, LeBron managed a triple-double and 61.5 fantasy points. Everyone is doubting the Cavs and LeBron after the lopsided loss in Game 1, so you know he will be motivated to have a big game tonight. I think LeBron will push for 70 fantasy points tonight.
Center – Rockets’ Clint Capela (vs. Minnesota, 9:30PM ET) $7,200
Capela had a huge showing in Game 1 with 50 fantasy points. While we can’t expect the same today, he did show that he will be just fine battling against the Minnesota bigs. He had 12 rebounds and 24 points on 10 of 15 shooting. I think Capela should be able to compete for 40 or more fantasy points again tonight.
