Miami Heat DFS Spin
Victor Oladipo (knee) will not be traveling with Miami for their upcoming four-game road trip. The Heat are still evaluating his right knee injury, and while the X-rays came back negative, we still don't know have the MRI results. The injury appeared to be non-contact, as Vic seemed to hurt his knee exploding for a dunk, and the lack of early clarity here is concerning. He's going to miss at least the next four games, which should result in more run for Tyler Herro and Goran Dragic, with Kendrick Nunn having the opportunity to return to the rotation.
Portland Trail Blazers DFS Spin
Damian Lillard hit 9-of-20 shots and 5-of-6 free throws for 27 points, 10 assists, three rebounds and four triples in 34 minutes of a 118-103 win over Detroit on Saturday. The Blazers got back on track this evening after losing three of their previous four, but in Lillard’s view they still have a lot of work to do as they have struggled against the NBA’s top teams. "Physically, mentally, you've got to be present, you've got to be ready to go because these teams are top-level teams and those are the teams that we're trying to be next to, we trying to be in that same boat of teams and when those games have come, we just haven't shown that we're that level of a team,” Lillard said. They have a couple tough tests coming up vs. Miami and Boston, so let’s see if they can prove that they are a team to fear in the West.
