Bucks vs. Lakers Pick
Are the Los Angeles Lakers going to protect their home court and walk out with a win tonight when they host the Milwaukee Bucks at 10:30PM ET?
515 Milwaukee Bucks vs. 516 Los Angeles Lakers, 10:30PM ET
According to oddsmakers at YouWager, the Lakers are a 2-point favorite on the spread line. The total sits at 221 points.
The Lakers opened as the 2-point favorites they are now, while the total has risen from 218.5 points. Los Angeles is a 1.5-point favorite at most books, but can be found at both -1 and -2. The total is at 221 almost everywhere, but can be bet as low as 219.5.
As of Friday afternoon, 52 percent of public bets are coming in on the visiting Bucks. Online wager also shows that 51 percent of bets are being placed on the over.
INJURY TO WATCH
Small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) and small forward Khris Middleton (knee) are both listed as probable. Center Thon Maker (groin) is questionable. Shooting guard Malcolm Brogdon (quadricep) is out until early April. Point guard Matthew Dellavedova (ankle) is out indefinitely. For the Lakers, shooting guard Josh Hart (hand) is probable. Point guard Lonzo Ball (knee) is doubtful. Point guard Isaiah Thomas (hip) is out for the season.
Milwaukee downed the depleted Warriors on the road last night by a count of 116-107 for its third win in four games. The challenge is turning right around and facing a home Lakers team that has been tough at the Staples Center all season. Los Angeles defeated visiting Dallas 103-93 in its last contest and is 19-16 straight up at home this season. I'll take the fresher team on their home court in this one.
