Minnesota Timberwolves DFS Spin

Anthony Edwards tallied 13 points (5-of-14 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, three assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in Sunday's 99-96 win over the Warriors in 35 minutes. Edwards was back in action after a three-game absence due to a sprained ankle, and he appeared to be moving well. He'll have better nights shooting the basketball, but the sheer workload is the most important takeaway as we move into Week 23. There is an immediate concern, however: the schedule. While Minnesota will play four games in Week 23, the first is Monday night in Sacramento. Hopefully, Edwards is given the opportunity to play. If not, that opens up a spot in the starting lineup, likely for Taurean Prince. He played 14 minutes off the bench, putting up five points, one rebound, and two assists.

De'Aaron Fox (right hamstring soreness) is questionable for Monday's game against the Timberwolves. Fox was held out of Saturday's win over the Jazz, with Davion Mitchell filling in admirably. That would be the case on Monday if Fox remains sidelined, making Mitchell a player worth streaming in deep leagues. Also, Matthew Dellavedova would remain in the rotation but is not worth adding in a reserve role.
