The spread is still at -8.5 where it opened, while the total has gone down slightly from 226. Toronto is an 8.5-point favorite everywhere you look, while the total is at 225.5 at most sportsbooks but can be found at 226.

PUBLIC BETTING

As of Tuesday afternoon, 69 percent of public bets are being placed on the Raptors. Online wager info also says that 61 percent of bets are on the over.

INJURY TO WATCH

Nuggets shooting guard Gary Harris (knee) has been ruled out, while power forward Tyler Lydon is out indefinitely. As for the Raptors, they have no one listed on their injury report.

BETTING STRATEGY

Despite having a lot to play for as part of a crowded group trying to sneak into the back end of the Western Conference playoffs, the Nuggets aren't exactly helping themselves with three losses in five games on the current road trip including a 123-104 defeat at the Sixers last night. With a quick turnaround, I'm siding with the Raptors here as they are dominant on their home floor. Not having Harris for these key games is not ideal for Denver, but it looks like he is in line to return Friday against the Thunder.
