Game Snapshot
517 Denver Nuggets (-2) at 518 New Orleans Pelicans (+2); o/u 231
8:00 p.m. ET, Friday, March 26, 2021
Venue: Smoothie King Center, New Orleans, LA
Denver Nuggets DFS Notes
Michael Porter Jr. hit 7-of-13 shots and 5-of-6 3-pointers for 19 points, eight rebounds and nothing else in Wednesday's ugly 135-111 loss to the Raptors. MPJ has scored in double figures in every game since he was held scoreless back on Feb. 16, although his overall stat line was a bit lacking tonight. Nikola Jokic (20-10-5) and Jamal Murray (20 & 7 assists) also played well, but the Nuggets were never in this game and didn't look like they really cared. Thursday's trade deadline should be interesting, although these three guys probably aren't going anywhere.
New Orleans Pelicans DFS Notes
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Lonzo Ball will not be moved ahead of the trade deadline. With Ball, who has been out recently due to a hip injury, leaving Thursday's practice premature there were some questions as to whether or not he was being traded. Not so according to Wojnarowski, who reports that the Pelicans point guard won't be move ahead of the 3PM trade deadline. Once Ball is cleared to return to action, Nickeil Alexander-Walker's fantasy value will take a hit as he moves back to the bench.
Nuggets vs. Pelicans Game Prediction
