Our NBA Live Odds page pulls spreads and totals from multiple different online sportsbooks so you can compare betting odds to ensure you’re getting the best line.

Public Betting Trends

According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Jazz are 15-point favorites to beat the Suns. The total, meanwhile, sits at 216.5 points and as of this writing, 56% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Suns to cover the point spread.

Phoenix Suns Fantasy Spin

Deandre Ayton shot 9-of-16 from the field Saturday, scoring 19 points with 11 rebounds, one steal and one blocked shot in 29 minutes. Ayton now has 37 double-doubles on the season, with Saturday’s being his third in the last five games. For the season he’s been the Suns’ highest-ranked player in nine-category leagues, as he’s well inside of the top-40, and that’s without producing much in the way of steals or blocked shots. For the month Ayton’s averaging 16.5 points, 9.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 58.0% from the field and 75.9% from the foul line.

Utah Jazz Fantasy Spin

Donovan Mitchell made 5-of-8 from the field and 2-of-2 from the line for 16 points with eight rebounds, three assists and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday. That's some tiny usage with the Jazz not needing Donny to go off with a 70-36 lead at half. In fact, his 16.7 usage rate today is his lowest in any game in the calendar years of 2018 or 2019 (including playoffs). Mitchell had a 39.6 in the last game and 37.5 two games ago, so obviously no worries here in this blowout.

NBA Betting Trends

Phoenix

The Suns have covered the spread in eight of their last 11 games overall and in six straight on the road.

Utah

The Jazz are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games overall and are 21-8-2 at the betting window in their last 31 games playing on one day of rest.

Prediction

The Suns have been profitable at the betting window recently but are just 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 games in Utah and are 1-4 ATS in their last five games veruss the Jazz overall. Thus, I don’t want to touch the spread. The total, however, screams “under.” In the previous 32 meetings between these two teams, the under is 23-9. In the last four meetings in Utah, the under is a perfect 4-0. The under is also 6-1 in the Suns’ last seven games overall and is 16-5 in their last 21 games versus an opponent with a winning record. Finally, the under is 6-2 in the Jazz’ last eight games overall and has cashed in four straight when Utah is at home.

Monday NBA Prediction: Suns/Jazz under 216.5
