Jarrett Allen (right eye contusion) played 35 minutes in Tuesday's 115-109 win over the Nets, accounting for 12 points (5-of-11 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), 14 rebounds, one assist, and two blocked shots. Allen was back in action after a four-game absence, and he appeared to be his usual self. The double-double was his 30th of the season, two shy of his total from a season ago. Also, Allen being able to play 35 minutes speaks to his conditioning levels despite the time off. His return obviously impacted multiple Cavaliers. Evan Mobley (17/4/3/1 with one 3-pointer) spent more time on the perimeter, with the 3-pointer being the first he's made since March 10 (the game in which Allen went down). Isaac Okoro (three rebounds, two assists, and one steal) didn't score in his 20 minutes on the court Tuesday night, but he wasn't a great fantasy option while Allen was sidelined, either. Lastly, there's Lamar Stevens, who only played six minutes on Tuesday after filling in for Allen in the starting lineup. There's no need to hold onto Okoro or Stevens at this point.
Brooklyn Nets DFS Spin
Spencer Dinwiddie shot 6-of-14 from the field and 6-of-8 from the foul line in Tuesday's 115-109 loss to the Cavaliers, recording a line of 19 points, five rebounds, 11 assists, and one 3-pointer in 38 minutes. Dinwiddie finished Tuesday's defeat with his sixth double-double of the season, five of which have come after his return to Brooklyn before the trade deadline. However, Dinwiddie's been in a bit of a shooting slump recently, making just 39.6% of his field goal attempts over the last two weeks. That's a big reason why he's only a 12th-round player during this stretch, despite averaging 17.5 points and 11.2 assists per game. The good news for fantasy managers who have him rostered is that the Nets will play three more games in Week 22, giving Dinwiddie the opportunity to not only snap out of that slump but also make up for percentage issues with production in other categories.
