LINE MOVEMENT

Houston opened as a 6.5-point favorite, while the total has also gone up slightly from 221. The spread is at -7 at all sportsbooks I see, while the total is at 222 points at most books while others still have it at 221.5.

PUBLIC BETTING

As of Sunday afternoon, 65 percent of public bets have sided with the visiting Rockets. Online wager info also states that 67 percent of bets are being placed on the over.

INJURY TO WATCH

Houston power forward Brandan Wright (knee) is out until late March. For the T-Wolves, point guard Aaron Brooks (personal matter) is questionable. Shooting guard Jimmy Butler (knee) is out until early April.

BETTING STRATEGY

Both teams played last night, with Houston securing a 107-101 victory at the Pelicans while the Timberwolves lost 117-101 at the Spurs. The Rockets have now won four games in a row, while Minnesota had its modest two-game win streak come to a close. The Rockets have won all three meetings this season by an exact 18 points - 116-98, 126-108 and 120-102. Houston is very talented, healthy and it has Minnesota's number. That's enough for me.
