I don’t trust either team and I hate laying points on a road team that has struggled as much as the Lakers have, but every few games LeBron seems to turn it on and the L.A. cruises. With James playing in the Big Apple today, I’ll bank on today being one of those days where we see the Lakers’ best effort. The road team is 6-2 against the spread in the previous eight meetings between these two teams while the Knicks are just 1-4 against the number in their last five games overall. They’re also dreadful at home, covering just 17 times in their last 53 games at Madison Square Garden
