Are the Jazz a safe bet to beat the Pistons tonight as a small road favorite at 7:30PM ET in Auburn Hills, MI?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Pistons are now 3.5-point home underdogs versus the Jazz after opening as a 3-point underdog. As for the total, the number hit the board at 199 and has been bet up to 200.

Utah has won seven of its last 10 games entering play tonight and is 5-4-1 against the spread during that stretch. The Jazz still own a losing record against the spread on the season at 30-35, however, and are just 14-18 against the number on the road this year.

Detroit was spanked by Cleveland last night and is now 6-4 over its last 10 games, both on the hardwood and against the spread. The Pistons are also 33-34 against the number on the season, but are 21-13 at the betting window at home this year.

On the other side, the Pistons are just 4-10 at the betting window in their last 14 games when playing a team with a winning record and have been an awful bet playing on no rest, going just 1-6 ATS in their last seven games playing the second game of a back-to-back.
