Denver Nuggets DFS Spin

Michael Porter Jr. lit up the Nets for 23 points (9-for-12 FGs), three rebounds, four assists, one steal and three 3-pointers on Sunday. MPJ got hot early, as he started off by making nine of his first 11 shots. Unfortunately, he didn’t see many shots or minutes in the second half, which prevented him from having an even bigger night. MPJ sat the entire fourth quarter until they needed a bucket late in the game, and the reasoning is unclear. Hopefully this won't be an issue moving forward, though when asked about his rhythm after the game, MPJ said, "[He] sat me the whole fourth and put me in with 20 seconds left, I think. So, I mean it’s impossible to catch a rhythm then." It's certainly worth monitoring ahead of their game in Toronto on Tuesday.

Toronto Raptors DFS Spin

Pascal Siakam logged 41 minutes in Wednesday's 108-100 loss to the Clippers, accounting for 20 points (9-of-21 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer. Siakam and Scottie Barnes (20/5/4/2 with two 3-pointers in 36 minutes) led the way offensively for the Raptors, but they weren't efficient in getting their numbers. Siakam shot 9-of-21 from the field, and Barnes was even worse at 6-of-21. As a team, Toronto shot 38.5% from the field, which proved to be too difficult to overcome. Providing top-50 value for the season, Siakam will look to bounce back on Friday when the Raptors end their road trip against the Lakers.

The over is 23-9-1 in the last 33 meetings between these two teams and has cashed in eight of the last 10 meetings in Toronto. The over is also 4-1 in the Nuggets’ last five road games, is 5-2 in their last seven games overall and is 6-1 in their last seven games coming off a loss. On the other side, the over is 4-1 in the Raptors’ last five games overall, is 5-2 in their last seven games coming off a loss and is 6-1 in their last seven games when playing a team with a winning record.
