Brooklyn Nets DFS Spin

Brooklyn shooting guard Ben Simmons will miss Sunday’s game with knee soreness and back inflammation. Simmons is averaging 6.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game in 26.3 minutes per contest for the Nets this year.

Nets small forward Mikal Bridges has been on a tear since arriving in the Kevin Durant trade. In 12 games with the Nets, Bridges is averaging 25.8 points, 5 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per contest. He’s shooting extremely well with Brooklyn both from the field (51.4%) and from the three-point line (49.2%). Bridges has nine 20-point games since the trade and he may be in for another big day against Denver on Sunday.

Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray has been having an under-the-radar nice season. If the price is right, he could be a nice DFS option on Sunday.

Denver forward Aaron Gordon is having a career year. The Arizona alum is averaging 16.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game for the Nuggets this season. He’s shooting a terrific 58% from the floor and a respectable 37.1% from beyond the arc this year. He could be in line for some hefty production against a weary Brooklyn defense that’s playing their fourth straight road game and fourth game in six days.
