Nuggets vs. Warriors Spread Prediction
The Nuggets snapped their three-game losing streak in L.A. on Wednesday night but they must get past the Warriors on Friday night if they’re going to post back-to-back victories. Is there any value for bettors in Denver as a road underdog tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET?
Game Snapshot

Denver Nuggets Fantasy Spin
Mike Malone heaped praise on Gary Harris following Wednesday's win over the Lakers. "We don’t win this game without him," Malone said. "Gary never gets fazed. He’s very calm, especially when things are getting tight, and you need that. You don’t want guys out there playing tight, afraid to make mistakes… He’s the one guy in that starting lineup that we’ve been trying to find a way to get his rhythm back." Harris had been in a massive rut over the past few months, but maybe he'll be able to get going again after dropping 19 points on Wednesday. The Nuggets have a great playoff schedule, so Harris is worth owning.
Golden State Warriors Fantasy Spin
Klay Thompson (right knee soreness) practiced fully on Thursday and is probable for Friday's game vs. Denver. It sounds like Thompson will get back after a two-game absence, but owners can expect confirmation after Friday's shootaround. Assuming he does return, Alfonzo McKinnie will head back to the bench and Damion Lee should see his minutes slashed.
NBA Betting Trends
Denver
The Nuggets are 5-0-1 against the spread in their last six games in Oakland and are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games versus the Warriors overall.
Golden State
The Warriors are just 6-19-1 against the spread in their last 26 home games and are 1-10 against the number in their last 11 games overall.
Prediction
The Warriors aren’t a Lakers-level mess right now but they’re certainly not firing on all cylinders. Not only did Golden State suffer its worst home loss of the Steve Kerr era on Tuesday, the Warriors were drubbed 128-95 by a Celtics team that was a dysfunctional mess of its own entering play that night. Whether it’s Kerr trying to strike a balance between resting guys down the stretch and also winning games that has impacted Golden State’s usually stellar cohesion or it’s simply a regular-season funk, the Warriors don’t look right. After they were dominated 142-111 at home on January 15, I like the Nuggets to play well tonight in a revenge spot, especially after getting some of their confidence back in their win over LeBron and Co. on Wednesday.
