Will the Wizards cover as double-digit home favorites this evening when they host the Magic at 5:00PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Wizards are 10.5-point home favorites versus the Magic while the over/under currently sits at 215 points. The point spread hasn't moved off the original number but the total did drop from 216 down to the current number of 215.

Orlando has dropped seven of its last 10 games and is just 3-7 at the betting window over that same span. The Magic are also just 25-36 against the spread on the season, which includes a 16-15 ATS record on the road.

Washington has won six of its last 10 games but has failed to cover in six of those 10 contests. The Wizards do having a winning ATS record on the season at 34-26, however, and are 21-13 against the spread at home this year.

OUR PREDICTION: The Magic are just 2-8-1 against the spread in their last 11 meetings with the Wizards in Washington and have failed to cover in five of the last six meetings in this series. They're also just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games coming off a win and are winless at 0-4 against the number in their last four games coming off an ATS win. On the other side, the Wizards have cashed in 17 of their last 23 home games and are 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 games coming off a loss.
