Detroit Pistons DFS Spin

Isaiah Stewart (right hip soreness), Jalen Duren (bilateral ankle soreness), and Isaiah Livers (sprained left ankle) all participated in Friday's practice.  According to Pistons coach Dwane Casey, there was full attendance at Friday's practice. That had not been the case in recent sessions, as Stewart, Duren, and Livers have all missed time due to injury. Each should be considered questionable for Saturday's game against the Cavaliers, with the statuses of Stewart and Duren being more impactful for fantasy purposes. James Wiseman and Marvin Bagley have played well in their absences, but we've yet to see how Casey will handle the rotation when all four bigs are healthy and available.

Donovan Mitchell lit up Boston for 44 points (17-for-32 FGs), four rebounds, five assists and four 3-pointers in a 117-113 loss on Wednesday. J.B. Bickerstaff relied heavily on his starting unit in this game, as Mitchell played 44 minutes. The game had a playoff feel, with tight rotations for both teams. Mitchell reached 40 points for the seventh time this season with his performance in this game. Mitchell has consistently hovered around late first to early second round value in his first season with the Cavs. As they fight for playoff positioning in the tightly packed Eastern Conference, they'll need more performances like this from Mitchell, which should bode well for his value the rest of the way.
