Phoenix Suns DFS Spin
Kevin Durant made his debut for Phoenix on Wednesday and finished with 23 points (10-for-15 FGs), six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes in a 105-91 win over Charlotte. KD played for the first time since January 8th and in his first game with the Suns. He had a solid game, but the majority of his impact won’t show up on the scoreboard. His defensive impact and spacing were crucial on both ends of the floor, and he still had an efficient 23 points in his 25 minutes. They’ll likely keep him around that minutes limit for a few more games, but it won’t be long until he’s playing over 30 minutes per night. It’s a small sample size, but it appears that Durant will fit in seamlessly in Phoenix.
Chicago Bulls DFS Spin
Zach LaVine shot 14-of-20 from the field and 7-of-7 from the foul line in Wednesday's 117-115 win over the Pistons, scoring 41 points with one rebound, one steal, one block, and six 3-pointers in 37 minutes. LaVine didn't offer much production outside the points and 3-pointers, but that doesn't matter much when you score 41 points and hit six triples. This was his fourth game with at least 40 points this season, and the Pistons were on the wrong end of two of those efforts. LaVine's providing 3rd-round, per-game value in 9-cat formats over the last two weeks, shooting 54% from the field during this stretch. The Bulls will finish their Week 19 slate with home games against the Suns and Pacers.
