NBA Betting Trends
Memphis
The Grizzlies are 0-4 against the spread in their last four road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games as an underdog.
Atlanta
The Hawks are 8-2-1 against the spread in their last 11 home games and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games as a favorite.
Prediction:
These two have yet to meet this season. It should be a great battle of young point guards in Morant and Young. I have to go with Atlanta at home in this one. The Grizzlies looked impressive against the Lakers, but have been a mess prior to that, especially on the road. They have failed to cover in their last four away from home. Atlanta has been playing better as of late, especially at home. They have won and covered in five of their last six at home and have a pretty solid betting record as a favorite. The Hawks seem like they have more scoring options right now than the Grizz, who have struggled without Jackson in the lineup and are in danger of falling out of playoff contention.
NBA Prediction: Atlanta Hawks -2
