Phoenix Suns DFS Spin

Kevin Durant (sprained right MCL) will make his debut for the Suns against Charlotte on Wednesday, per Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report. As expected, KD will make his debut for the Suns on March 1st. They'll take on a tanking Hornets team that just lost LaMelo Ball for the season. It should be a nice trial run for Phoenix to figure out lineups that work in a game that they should win. We'll see if Josh Okogie or Torrey Craig is pushed to the bench with Durant in the lineup. Both will likely still play solid roles, but the one that comes off the bench will be limited to deeper league production.

Charlotte Hornets DFS Spin

LaMelo Ball (fractured right ankle) will miss the remainder of the season, per The Athletic's Shams Charania. This shouldn't come as a surprise, as LaMelo injured his ankle Monday night. As the face of a franchise that has one of the worst records in the league, they'll prioritize his health for next season while improving their lottery odds. This shouldn't be an injury that impacts his status for opening night, but the amount of ankle injuries he suffered this season is a concern. Dennis Smith Jr. and Terry Rozier should play more prominent roles in LaMelo's absence.
