Dirk Nowitzki shot 2-of-7 from three Monday, finishing with 12 points, five rebounds, one assist and one blocked shot in 26 minutes vs. the Clippers. Nowitzki received a standing ovation from many of the remaining fans at Staples Center with seconds remaining in his final visit to the arena to play the Clippers. The future Hall of Fame forward has scored in double figures in two straight and three of his last four games, but the shooting percentages have not been particularly great. He hasn't been productive enough to warrant his being picked up off the waiver wire in most leagues.

I do like the Pacers despite their road issues. They need to start games faster so they don’t come up short like they did in Detroit on Monday night when they put together an excellent second half. That said, the pacers are 12-5 at the betting window in their last 17 games overall and are 7-3 against the number in their last 10 games in Dallas. Despite their success ATS at home, the Mavs are winless against the spread in their last five games overall and are 0-4 against the number in their last four games coming off a loss.
