Grayson Allen hit 5-of-13 shots and a season-high five 3-pointers for 18 points, three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 30 minutes off the bench on Wednesday. This was a blowout and Allen likely saw a few more minutes because of it. He helped the Grizzlies hit a franchise-record 23 3-pointers, as Kyle Anderson hit six of them, Dillon Brooks and Desmond Bane hit four each and Tyus Jones knocked down three triples in the win. Allen's not a must-have player but has been playing well, hitting double figures in five of his last six games and racking up a lot of 3-pointers along the way.
Los Angeles Lakers DFS Spin
Anthony Davis is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Grizzlies due to his lingering battle with Achilles tendonosis. AD's latest showings on the injury report have been legit and he's missed his last couple games with the injury. He's being careful and cautious with it so we wouldn't be surprised if he's on the shelf again tomorrow night. But at least it sounds like there's a decent chance that he'll play.
