Portland Trail Blazers DFS Spin
Damian Lillard (abdominal strain) is probable to suit up vs the Knicks on Saturday. Terry Stotts said he expects Dame and Derrick Jones Jr. (left foot) to play tomorrow vs the Knicks. Rodney Hood will likely be the Blazer player to return to a reserve role if Lillard is in the lineup.
New York Knicks DFS Spin
Julius Randle played 37 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Bulls, tallying 27 points (11-of-20 FGs), six rebounds, six assists, two steals and five 3-pointers. Randle had himself another good outing, with the 3-point shooting being especially noteworthy. He made five of his seven attempts from deep, and has made 10 3-pointers in the Knicks' last three games. Randle is averaging 1.4 3-pointers per game on the season, and he’s currently a top-50 player in both 8- and 9-cat formats. Given the Knicks’ lack of consistent scoring options, fantasy managers should hang onto Randle and not consider the possibility of "selling high."
Blazers vs. Knicks Betting Prediction
The Blazers are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games against the Knicks and are 6-14-1 against the spread in their last 21 trips to Madison Square Garden. That said, they’re also 6-1 against the number in their last seven road games, are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall and have cashed in five of their last seven games as a road favorite. The Knicks, meanwhile, are just 8-20 at the betting window in their last 28 home games when facing an opponent with a winning road record.
