LeBron James hit 12-of-22 shots, two 3-pointers and 8-of-11 free throws for 34 points, six rebounds and six assists as the Lakers lost a tough one at Philly 107-106 on Wednesday. Anthony Davis added 23 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks, but hit just 5-of-10 free throws, and Dennis Schroder finished with 16 points, three boards, four assists and a 3-pointer. The Lakers making a comeback and taking the fourth quarter by a score of 32-26 left them a point short tonight and, obviously, if LeBron and AD would have done better than a combined 13-of-21 from the free throw line the Lakers likely would have won this game. L.A. went on a 13-0 run to take a 106-105 lead with 11 seconds remaining but Tobias Harris hit a 15-footer with 3.0 seconds left and the Lakers were out of timeouts. Tough loss.

Detroit Pistons DFS Spin

Derrick Rose (knee) returned from a two-game absence on Wednesday and scored 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field and 1-of-2 from the stripe. Rose added two 3-pointers, three assists and two turnovers in his 19 minutes of floor time, and with him logging under 20 minutes, it's possible he'll be cleared for the second leg of this back-to-back against the Lakers on Thursday. Jerami Grant had another solid outing, scoring 26 points on 7-of-13 shooting (10-of-10 FT) to go with three rebounds, two assists, two triples, one steal and three turnovers in 33 minutes, but unfortunately, the Pistons weren't able to get the win and they've now lost five of their past six games.
