Are the Nuggets a good bet to cover as an underdog when they visit the Suns at 9:00PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Suns are 3.5-point home favorites versus the Nuggets after the game hit the board as a pick'em. As for the total, the number opened at 235 but has been bet all the way down to 230.5.

The Nuggets have won three of their last four games and are coming off a 127-120 victory over the Suns as a 6.5-point favorite on Thursday. Nikola Jokic will not travel with the team to Phoenix and Los Angeles, meaning he will miss at least two games due to a hip injury. Emmanul Mudiay will also not travel with the Nuggets on their two-game road trip due to a back injury.

After winning back-to-back games over the Knicks and Raptors on the road, the Suns have dropped back-to-back games to the Timberwolves and at the Nuggets. In the loss to Denver, Devin Booker scored 24 points, adding six assists, one steal and one 3-pointer. Tyson Chandler also added four points with five rebounds, one assist and three steals in 22 minutes.
