New York Knicks DFS Notes
Cam Reddish's Knicks debut wasn't much more than a cameo, as he played five minutes in Sunday's 110-102 win over the Clippers, finishing with two points (1-of-2 FGs), one assist, and one block. Reddish checked into the game in the final seconds of the first quarter, playing the first five minutes of the second before returning to the bench for good. Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau made it known last week that all players were expected to earn their keep, and there's plenty of time for Reddish to do that. But it would have been nice to see him get more time on the floor, as RJ Barrett and Julius Randle logged 43 and 40 minutes, respectively, in the first game of a back-to-back. Hopefully, Reddish gets a longer run Monday night in Cleveland.
Phoenix Suns DFS Notes
Deandre Ayton (right ankle sprain) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Jazz. Ayton appears poised to miss another game, which will keep JaVale McGee in the starting lineup. While McGee is worth streaming while starting, Bismack Biyombo is also worth rostering. In addition to grabbing 13 rebounds in Saturday's win over the Pacers, he tied his career-highs in points (21) and assists (five). Biyombo and McGee will both have value, as the Suns will need to match up with Utah's Rudy Gobert.
Knicks vs. Cavs NBA Betting Prediction
The Knicks are 5-2 against the spread in the last seven meetings between these two teams and are 11-3 against the number in their last 14 games when playing the second game of a back-to-back. On the other side, the Cavs are just 2-6-2 against the spread in their last 10 games versus an opponent like the Knicks that have a losing record.
