The Golden State Warriors will shoot for a ninth consecutive victory on Thursday night when they visit the Washington Wizards at 8:00 p.m. ET. Laying double-digit points on the road, are the Warriors overvalued or will they cruise in D.C. tonight?

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Warriors are 10-point favorites to beat the Wizards. The total, meanwhile, sits at 235 points and as of this writing, 62% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Warriors to cover the point spread.
Golden State Warriors Fantasy Spin
DeMarcus Cousins has not experienced any soreness in his Achilles since getting back to the court. "There’s soreness when it comes to running and getting used to game speed," Cousins said. "My legs are fatigued after that. But as far as the Achilles, it’s nothing. It’s good. It’s strong. It’s more conditioned than any part of my body part right now." Cousins added that he's hoping to increase his playing time with each game and that he'll be more conscious of avoiding foul trouble as that happens.
Washington Wizards Fantasy Spin
Bradley Beal scored 16 points on 4-of-12 shooting Monday, to go with one rebound, four assists, one 3-pointer, one steal, three blocks and three turnovers in 34 minutes. Beal was one of the few Washington players to struggle to get his shot to drop, but he did a nice job of getting to the line (7-of-8 from the stripe) and came through with the defensive statistics. Tomas Satoransky did an excellent job running the offense and finished with 10 points, eight assists, four rebounds, two steals and four turnovers across 38 minutes in the blowout win.
NBA Betting Trends
Golden State
The Warriors are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games versus Eastern Conference opponents.
Washington
The Wizards have covered the spread in eight of their last 10 games when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous contest.
Prediction
The home team has covered the spread in four of the last five meetings between these two teams and with how profitable Washington has been at the betting window of late, I see value in the home dog tonight. The Wizards are 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games overall, are 6-1 against the number in their last seven home games and have covered in five of their last six games coming off a win.
Thursday NBA Prediction: Washington Wizards +10
