San Antonio Spurs Fantasy Spin
LaMarcus Aldridge went berserk during a 154-147 double-overtime win over the Thunder on Thursday, scoring a career-high 56 points with nine rebounds, four assists, four blocks and five turnovers in 49 minutes. Not bad on the second night of a back-to-back set. When the buzzer sounded, Aldridge hunted down the game ball because he wanted to keep his first 50-point ball. Aldridge was 20-of-33 from the field and made all 16 free throws, and the four blocks are a rarity for LMA as a season high. In fact, his line has never been done before thanks to the dimes and blocks. Plus, he didn't have any treys to become the first player with 56-plus points without any treys since Shaquille O'Neal in 2000. After this career night, Aldridge could be getting Saturday off, and he would have earned it.
Oklahoma City Thunder Fantasy Spin
Russell Westbrook handed out a career-high 24 assists during a 154-147 double-overtime loss to the Spurs on Thursday, adding 24 points, 13 rebounds, two steals and three turnovers in 50 minutes. Those 24 dimes are tied for the most in a triple-double in NBA history, and Westbrook notches his second 20-point, 20-dime triple-double of his career with nobody else this century having even one. The 24 dimes are the most in a game since 2017 when Rajon Rondo dropped 25 and this massive output now gets him to 10.7 per game to give him a 1.1 cushion for the lead in the NBA (Kyle Lowry 9.6). He's averaging a triple-double, leads the NBA in steals, and is one of the best counting-stat guys in NBA history.

Prediction
The Spurs have been a great bet in this series and look to be an excellent value tonight at their current price point. They’re 5-1 against the spread in their last six games versus the Thunder and while they have struggled to cover in OKC (5-15 ATS in their last 20 road games in this series), the Spurs are 17-4-1 at the betting window in their last 22 games versus a team with a winning record. The Thunder, meanwhile, are just 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games coming off a loss.
