Philadelphia 76ers DFS Spin

Joel Embiid (back tightness) traveled with the Sixers to Atlanta and is listed as probable for Monday's game. Though it's not official, it appears that Embiid will suit up on Monday for Philly after missing Saturday's game. Ben Simmons (knee) didn't travel with the team, however, and with Tobias Harris, Danny Green, Seth Curry and more sidelined, the Sixers will be shorthand for a few games. Tyrese Maxey is a great pick-up option right now while Dwight Howard can return to the shelves if Embiid plays.

Atlanta Hawks DFS Spin

Bogdan Bogdanovic has been diagnosed with a right knee bone bruise and avulsion fracture. It's brutal news for Bogdanovic, one of the Hawks' prized pickups this offseason, and no timetable has been established. Avulsion fractures often heal without surgery, but extended rest and rehab will be required either way. Fantasy managers should hold tight until the Hawks provide a target date for his return, but if you don't have an IR spot it may prove necessary to cut him loose. For now, expect Kevin Huerter, Cam Reddish and De'Andre Hunter to divvy up most of his minutes.

76ers vs. Hawks Betting Prediction

The 76ers are winless against the spread in their last five trips to Atlanta and failed to cover in five of the last six meetings with the Hawks overall. They’re also just 16-33-2 at the betting window in their last 51 road games and are 3-12-1 against the number in their last 16 games as a road underdog. Meanwhile, for all of their issues, the Hawks are 7-3 against the spread in their last 10 games when facing an opponent with a winning record.
