Marlins vs. Braves Game 2 Prediction
The Braves rallied to beat the Marlins in Game 1 and now Atlanta will look to take a commanding lead in the best-of-five series in Game 2 on Wednesday afternoon. Are the Braves the play this afternoon in the NL Divisional round playoff matchup?

Miami Marlins DFS Spin
Brian Anderson went 3-for-4 and knocked in a run Tuesday against the Braves. Anderson finished the regular season strong, but he went 0-for-9 with four strikeouts against the Cubs in his first postseason series. It looked like his struggles might continue when he fanned on three pitches in a particularly poor at-bat versus Max Fried in the first today. However, he went on to single in each of his three subsequent plate appearances.
Atlanta Braves DFS Spin
Travis d'Arnaud went 3-for-3 with a three-run homer, four RBI and two walks to lead the Braves to a 9-5 win over the Marlins in Game 1 of the NLDS. D'Arnaud's three-run homer off Yimi Garcia gave the Braves the lead in the seventh inning. It was his first homer in the postseason since he hit two in the 2015 NLCS with the Mets. He actually had more walks today than in his previous 22 career postseason games; he was sporting a 27/1 K/BB ratio to go along with a .169 average in 89 career plate appearances.
Marlins vs. Braves Game 2 Betting Prediction
The Marlins are now 14-37 in their last 51 games versus the Braves following their Game 1 loss on Tuesday. They’re also 1-5 in their last six games versus the National League East and are 11-30 in their last 41 games when playing the second game of a series. The Braves, meanwhile, are 5-1 in their last six games versus divisional rivals, are 8-3 in their last 11 games overall and are 38-16 in their last 54 games when listed as the favorite. The Marlins’ magic seems to be running out. And I’ll be fading them today.
