Tampa Bay Rays DFS Notes
Nelson Cruz went 3-for-6 with a homer and three RBI as the Rays edged the Red Sox 11-10 in 10 innings Monday. It would have been a monster statistical game for Cruz had the original ruling on his fly to deep center in the fourth held up. The ball, which Alex Verdugo lost in the sun and had go off his glove, was originally a three-run triple before being changed to an error. Cruz later homered off Adam Ottavino in the eighth. It was his ninth homer for Tampa Bay and 28th overall this year.
Boston Red Sox DFS Notes
Enrique Hernandez (COVID-19) is expected to be activated Tuesday. Hernandez has been out for the last week and a half after testing positive for the virus, but he's good to go now. Danny Santana -- who is also on the IL but didn't test positive -- is also expected back Tuesday.
