MLB Betting Trends
Chicago
The White Sox are 5-2 in their last seven road games. Chicago is 0-4 in the last four Cease starts.
Detroit
The Tigers are 17-36 in their last 53 games versus the AL Central. Detroit is 9-42 in its last 51 games overall.
Prediction:
The White Sox are better against left-handed pitching and are an underdog against the worst team in baseball. Doesn't feel right to me. Cease has struggled, but he has the tools and should continue to get better. This could be a big confidence boost game for him against a weak offense. I really like Chicago here and that's where my money is going.
