MLB Betting Trends
New York
The Mets are 4-1 in their last five Saturday games. New York is 4-0 in the last four Syndergaard starts.
Miami
The Marlins are 2-6 in their last eight games overall. Miami is 0-4 in its last four games versus a right-handed starter.
Prediction:
Syndergaard has had an uneven season, but the Mets have been playing well when he's on the mound and when he is locked in he's still his old dominant self. He should be able to carve up this Marlins lineup as it will be a much different look than what Vargas offered. New York is having a very underwhelming season, but Miami is still the worse team. Take New York here to even the series.
