Los Angeles Dodgers DFS SPIN
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters late Tuesday that tests showed no fractures or structural damage in Cody Bellinger's left leg. Bellinger did not play on Tuesday night after taking a spike to the high-ankle/lower-calf area in Monday's series opener against the Athletics, but it sounds like he has avoided a serious injury. That said, Roberts noted that he's unsure when Bellinger will play next and that an IL stint has not been ruled out due to lingering soreness. He'll be unavailable Wednesday versus Oakland and more should be known following the team's off day on Thursday.
Oakland A’s DFS SPIN
Ramon Laureano went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and a stolen base on Tuesday in his return to the Athletics’ starting lineup. Laureano smacked an RBI double off Dodgers’ starter Clayton Kershaw in the opening frame. He also singled and swiped second base against reliever Kenley Jansen in the ninth inning. The 26-year-old outfielder missed a couple games after jamming his shoulder in the team’s season-opening series, but appears to be back at full strength now.
