Your Friday freebie will be Indiana in revenge over Atlanta.

The Hawks caught the Pacers napping on February 28th in the A-T-L, as Atlanta held on for a 107-102 home underdog outright win as the +4 point pup. Don't expect a repeat on Friday, as Indiana will be heading out on the road to face both Boston and Philadelphia over their next pair of games so this one tonight becomes quite important they win...and win big!

The Pacers are off a home loss to Utah, but the last time they played host to Atlanta on February 23rd, they trashed the Hawks, 116-83. That win made it 2 in a row over the Hawks at home, and Indy also happens to be on a 4-1 straight up and against the spread overall home run when Atlanta comes calling.

Indiana is 4-1 overall the past 5 series meetings versus Atlanta. Throw in Atlanta having dropped 7 of their last 8 away from Philips Arena (2-23 loss included), and just a 3-5 road spread mark, in those 8 games, and you can see why I feel this one is going to get away from the poor-traveling visitor on Friday.

Lay the wood, as Indiana blasts Atlanta.

3* INDIANA

NCAA-B | Georgia vs Kentucky
Play on: Kentucky -4½ -110 at pinnacle

10* FREE NCAAB PICK (Kentucky -4.5)

I'll take my chances here with the Wildcats laying what I feel is a short number against the Bulldogs in Friday's SEC Tournament play. Kentucky closed out the regular season with a poor showing in a 13-point loss at Florida. That should have the Wildcats 100% locked in for this game against Georgia, as they are going to want to have something to build on going into the NCAA Tournament.

Let's not forget this Kentucky team was playing some of their best basketball prior to that defeat to the Gators, as they had won 4 straight by double-digits. Georgia is a good team and come in off an upset win over Missouri. The Tigers were welcoming back Michael Porter Jr and kinda using that game as a tune-up to see how he fits before the big dance, so it's not as impressive of a win as some might think.

The other big key here is rest. Kentucky received a double-bye and will be playing for the first time in the SEC Tournament, while Georgia is being forced to play their 3rd game in 3 days. Give me the Wildcats -4.5!

ASA

NCAA-B | Appalachian State vs Texas-Arlington
Play on: OVER 154 -110

Don't miss ASA's 10* SUN BELT TOP TIP on Friday which is the WINNING SIDE on this game - Appalachian State vs UT Arlington...

ASA PLAY ON Over 154 Points - Appalachian State vs UT Arlington, Friday at 3:00 PM ET

These are two fast paced, offensive minded teams that were involved in 2 high scoring affairs this year and we don’t see anything changing here. In their two meetings this year they totaled 166 & 156 points and they really didn’t shoot the lights out in either game. In their game that reached 156 points the two teams combined to shoot only 40% on 124 shots and both averaged under 1.00 point per possession (0.87 and 0.92). In game 2 they combined to shoot 44% on 119 shot attempts and still put up 166 points. They were able to get a lot of shots up (averaged over 120 per game) because both like to push the tempo (12th and 78th nationally in tempo). Both teams also foul a lot which adds extra points from the FT line. The two combined for a whopping 109 FT attempts in their two meetings this season. Both offense are tough to guard as each has multiple scoring options. There will be 7 players on the floor in this game that average double digit points. UTA’s offense has put up at least 79 points in 6 of their last 8 games. App State comes into this game after scoring 93 points in their Sun Belt tourney opener 2 nights ago. We like another high scoring game between these two and our wager is on the OVER.

NBA | Hawks vs Pacers
Play on: UNDER 209½ -103

#NBA FREE PICK FROM MIKE LUNDIN - OFF PERFECT 4-0 THURSDAY!

The Indiana Pacers saw their three-game winning streak come to an end with a 104-84 home loss to Utah on Wednesday. They've played terrific defense lately, allowing an average of just 93.3 ppg during the winning streak, and I think they'll have little trouble to contain this lowly Hawks team which took a 106-90 loss at Toronto its last time out.

Each of Atlanta's last four games have gone under the total and only one of its last eight have gone over. Under is 5-0 in the Pacers' last five and just one of their last eight have gone over. Under is 8-0 in the last eight meetings.

The Pacers enter this game in a fourth-place tie with Washington in the East and only three games ahead of the conference’s final playoff spot. Indiana can't afford to give the Hawks anything for free and I expect the home team to come out and play lockdown defense.
