This is just too good a price to pass up on the Astros in Game 3. Houston has taken a commanding 2-0 series lead in the series, as they won 7-2 at home in Game 1 and 3-1 at home in Game 2. The Indians managed just 3 runs on 6 hits in the first two games against Verlander and Cole.
No question Cleveland is going to lay it all on the line in an elimination game, but I don't think it will be enough to keep the Astros from finishing off this series with a 3-0 sweep. Houston will have another big arm on the mound in Dallas Keuchel, who posted a strong 3.68 ERA in 18 road starts and allowing just 2 runs in 6 innings of an 11-2 win over Kluber in his only start at Cleveland this year.
Indians will send out Mike Clevinger for his first ever postseason start. Clevinger had a fantastic regular-season, but pitching in the playoff is a whole different beast. A less than encouraging sign is that he has made 6 postseason appearances as a reliever and owns a 6.43 ERA. He also made two starts against the Astros this season and allowed 8 runs on 15 hits and 7 walks in 11 2/3 innings of work.
Astros are 9-2 in Keuchel's last 11 road starts and 23-9 in his last 32 starts when facing a team that scored 2 or fewer runs in their previous game. Take Houston!

Monday comp play is coming right down Main Street, as I back the Redskins and the Saints to play Over the total in New Orelans.
True, Washington has played Under the total in 2 of their first 3 games this year, but they are coming off of their bye, so expect them to be rested and ready to get after it tonight in the Superdome.
Jay Gruden's team is on a 10-4 Over run their last 14 away games, and that includes their last November meeting in New Orleans which saw 65 combined points in a wild 34-31 OT comeback win by the Saints.
As for New Orleans, they are on an 8-4 home Over run in their last dozen played in front of the "Who 'Dat" crowd - last November Redskins meeting included.
Rather than expect the defenses to slow things down, let's side with the offenses to light things up.

Monday comp play is the Over in the Boston-New York A.L.D.S. contest from the Bronx.
There really has been no problem for these familiar foes in this series when it comes to offense, as the Over is 6-1 the last 7 series meetings. Yes, that one Under did come on Saturday night, but the Yankees also posted 6 runs in that game.
The bottom line is these teams know each other too well, and they definitely know the pitchers they are facing - starters or relievers - so look for the batters to continue to have quality at-bats, and look for the runs to add up in the Bronx tonight, as Boston and New York make it a 7-1 Over run in their last 8 series meetings.
Game Three is an Over at Yankee Stadium.

Ottawa has split their first two games of the year, but do not be fooled, this is a team that is most definitely in a rebuild mode, and I see them getting drilled this afternoon in Beantown.
Boston has won 4 straight over better Ottawa teams, and 3 of the 4 have come by at least 2 goals.
This will be the Bruins home opener, after splitting a pair on the road. They do come home off of a nice 4-0 win in Toronto.
Lay the goal and a half today with Boston.

I'll take my chances here with the Dodgers finishing off the Braves this afternoon. Atlanta was able to avoid getting swept with a 6-5 win on Sunday, but I'm not buying that as a sign of the series shifting in their favor. It's amazing the Braves were able to score 6 runs, as they only had 4 hits for the game. Keep in mind they were shutout in both games 1 and 2 in LA. I look for Atlanta's offense to continue to struggle against the Dodgers pitching, especially with Rich Hill on the mound. As for the Braves, they will take another shot with Mike Foltynewicz, who started Game 1 and was pulled after allowing 4 runs on 3 hits (2 HRs) and 3 walks in just 2 innings of work. Give me the Dodgers -148!
