ANALYSIS: My model says the Flyers cover in almost 70 percent of the simulations, so you're getting excellent value with them at this number. Philadelphia lost both of its previous two meetings with Carolina this season, but one of the setbacks was a one-goal decision. Meanwhile, mine of the Hurricanes' last 11 contests were decided by one tally, including their victory at Pittsburgh on Sunday. Take the Flyers +1.5 goals at -145.

They have won their last three games and they have covered the spread in seven of their last eight games, including a straight up win against the Bruins. The Sun Devils are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine matchups against UCLA. The Bruins have been rolling, but this is too many points for them to be laying against a team they have already lost to. Take the points with the Sun Devils.

ANALYSIS: These teams are perfect for cashing Overs. They play fast, score points, and are terrible defensively. Their first matchup had 200 points with both teams shooting 59.4 percent from the field and they combined for 47.4 percent from deep. This last game was played at a blazing fast pace and this game tomorrow should be as well. Take the Over in this Southern conference matchup.

ANALYSIS: Both of these teams have been cashing the Over at a high rate. The Over has cashed in five of the Miners' last seven games and in seven of the Blue Raiders' last nine games. These offenses are too good for this total to be so low. The Miners average 69.4 PPG and the Blue Raiders average 75.1 PPG. I am expecting both teams to thrive in this matchup and for the game to go over the total.

ANALYSIS: Drake won the first meeting with Indiana State by 18 despite the Sycamores making 13 of 14 free throws and shooting 40 percent from beyond the arc. The Bulldogs forced 13 turnovers and dominated the glass, and I think we'll see something similar Monday in Des Moines. Indiana State has a few talented scorers but a thin roster overall. Drake should wear down the Sycamores. Back the Bulldogs to improve to 5-1 ATS in their last six versus losing teams.

ANALYSIS: I've definitely hit a rough patch in the NHL over the past few weeks, but what makes me feel a tad better is cappers I check in on at other sites aren't really doing any better. Just some weird results -- I think things will start to normalize now that we are hitting the stretch run of the regular season and what has worked for us before will work again -- shooters gotta shoot through slumps! I don't really recommend playing any NHL game at this price so I'd do Flames in regulation. They are healthy and red-hot while the Jets are down a few key guys and 2-6 in their past eight on the road.

ANALYSIS: I generally try to play home teams, but this number has dipped enough to where I have to back Norfolk State on the road -- shocked this spread/ML isn't higher as Norfolk State is clearly the class of the MEAC, while Morgan State is 3-6 in league play and lost by 20 to the Spartans last month. Norfolk State leads the MEAC in defense and has the league's top scorer in Joe Bryant Jr. (16.8 ppg).

ANALYSIS: North Carolina is in a tough spot here. Louisville is obviously capable of matching up, and with key players back like Malik Williams and Samuel Williamson back in the lineup the Cards have some real depth with their rotation. The Tar Heels, on the other hand, have trimmed their rotation and lean pretty heavily on their starting five. Fresher legs in the final moments help Louisville finish inside the number.

ANALYSIS: Bobby Hurley has Arizona State surging with three straight wins and the triple-overtime victory against UCLA earlier this month should have the Sun Devils feeling confidence in their ability to compete. Many anticipation is that this will be a close game throughout, and that this is too many points for an Arizona State team that's covered in six of its last eight games and has been successful in the series.

The month of February is when the contenders sperate themselves form the pretenders and head coaches look to start coaching more aggressively and with more inspiration for his players. West Virginia’s skipper Huggins is this type of coach and his teams have a tendency every season to play their best in the month of February – and that starts on the defensive end. Huggins is 31-19 Under in games played in February and 77-53 Under when facing a team on the road that is forcing 14 or fewer turnovers on the seasons.
From my predictive models the projections are that neither team is going to score 65 or more points. TCU is 72-20 Under in games in which they allowed 60 to 65 points. They are also 18-10 Under when they have held their opponent to 40 to 45% shooting over the last three seasons.
