SAN ANTONIO, TX (ATS Consultants) – The Spurs will host the Heat in Game 3 tonight at 9:05PM ET when the 2013 NBA Finals shift to San Antonio.

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Spurs as 2-point favorites over the Heat, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 187.5 points. Miami dropped Game 1 of the series at home but responded with a victory in Game 2, which featured a 33-5 run by the Heat that spanned the third and fourth quarters.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Spurs opened as a 2-point favorite and that's where the spread currently sits at both online and Vegas sports books. The total, meanwhile, opened at 188 and either remains at 188 or has dropped to 187.5, depending on what book you view.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 52% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Heat. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take San Antonio. According to latest NBA trends, the Spurs are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games following an ATS loss and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall. On the other side, the Heat are 0-6 against the number in their last six games following a straight up win.

Tim Duncan is getting close to 40. That means he's not going to put up 20 points and 10 rebounds every game. In fact, in Game 2, he shot just 3-of-13 from the field after opening up with 20 points and 14 rebounds in Game 1.  Duncan will bounce back as will Tony Parker. The Heat really turned up the defense in Game 2, after forcing just four turnovers in Game 1. In Game 2, San Antonio turned it over 17 times that led 19 points for the Heat. Parker, who made just 5-of-14 shots also had five turnovers after not turning the ball over in Game 1. After winning Game 1, the Spurs took over homecourt advantage in the 2-3-2 series format. Even though they performed poorly late in Game 2, they got what they wanted, which was a split. There's no doubt, Miami played Game 2 just as they played Game 7 of the Indiana series-in a must-win mode. Manu Ginobili (three turnovers) and Parker will do a better job of controlling the tempo and taking care of the basketball.
