SUNDAY PREMIUM SERVICE PLAYS
Re: SUNDAY PREMIUM SERVICE PLAYS
Charlotte at Detroit Over 174
Two defensive-minded clubs spell a low total to the oddsmaker.. But they've set this total too low.The Pistons are averaging 98.2 points in their last nine games, discounting two offensive clunkers versus the Cavaliers and Lakers. The Bobcats probably aren't going to have their primary defender, Raja Bell. He was carried off the court in the Bobcats' last game with a calf injury.Charlotte has picked up its offense. The Bobcats are averaging 98.6 points in their last 11 games.
Indiana is on the brink of elimination from making the playoffs. But the Pacers have shown heart and should be motivated for this road matchup.Indiana has covered seven of its past 10 away matchups. Oklahoma City is a young team and its young players are hitting the wall as the long season finally winds down. The Thunder is 2-6 in its last eight games with one of those victories occurring against the Timberwolves. The Thunder has dropped their past four home contests.Oklahoma City's last four losses have been by 35, 19, 16 and 18 points. The Pacers, on the other hand, have been competitive lately against good teams. In their last six games, the Pacers lost 126-121 to the Spurs, beat the Bulls, beat the Wizards by nine, lost on the road to the Bulls by six, defeated the Heat, won at the Bobcats by 25 and lost by two to the Mavericks. The Thunder is bringing up rookie D.J. White and Kyle Weaver from their Tulsa team in the developmental league. Both players are expected to play against the Pacers as coach Scott Brooks wants to give them a chance. The Pacers are the better team and have motivation.

4 Unit Play. Take Over 211 between Indiana @ Oklahoma City
We are doing well in the NBA as we cash another POD on the Over in Memphis/Milwaukee as we expected Memphis to do well, and likely win Outright and they did. Heck, at this pace, it makes me want us to start dabbing into the ML of many of these games as we had the Kings Outright against the Suns and the Wizards Outright against the Cavs, and yesterday we had a strong lean on Memphis Outright but decided to take the over. That's 8 of 10 pod winners so let's focus on getting 9 of 11 and going 5-2 this week in the NBA. There are several things that work in our favor for the Over here. For starters, Indiana comes off a loss and they are typically a very good bounce-back team - for the over. This is because they continue to play with great effort each and every game. Heck, this team is out of the playoffs and was very game against the Spurs scoring over 120 against them. Now, this team goes on the road to play an Oklahoma City team who they defeated earlier this year but didn't cover the 11.5. But, remember that OKC comes off one of its worst performances of the year losing to Portland at home by a score of 72-107. Portland is one of the hottest teams in the league so this was a bit expected. Of course, bear in mind that Indiana is not interested in playing the defense like Portland played and will look forward to run and gun. You don't think a OKC team who shot 27-74 (36.5%) is looking forward to shooting a heckuva lot better against an Indiana team that will give them a lot more wide open looks? So, the Thunder have revenge and come off one of their worst performances of the year. Tack that on with Indiana on the bounce-back as well, we have the making for a decent over here. Remember, the total was set at 197.5 when these two teams first met and now is set at 211. There is a sharp 13.5 increase in the total because of these elements and this game likely will get to 220 when all is said and done. The over is 6-1 for the Pacers with a home losing record (meaning when the Pacers play weaker teams on the road, scoring is abound) and although the Thunder are on an Under run, they aer 8-3 to the Over when coming off a double-digit loss at home which is one of the elements we are playing off today. Let's keep April trucking.
