With how inept the Jacksonville Jaguars have become offensively, is the under a smart investment on Sunday when they visit the Miami Dolphins at 1:00 p.m. ET?

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Dolphins are 4-point favorites to beat the Jaguars. The total, meanwhile, sits at 38 points. As of this writing, 69% of the public betting tickets are on the Dolphins to cover the point spread.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Cody Kessler completed 9-of-17 passes for 57 yards and an interception in the Jaguars' Week 15 loss to Washington. He did lead the Jags in rushing with 68 yards on six scrambles. That was the extent of Kessler's Week 15 positivity, as he failed to lead a single touchdown drive, lost a fumble, and took six sacks, finishing with an abysmal 35.7 QB rating. The Jaguars have given no indications they're considering turning back to Blake Bortles. And with a 4-10 record, it doesn't really even matter.
Miami Dolphins
Dolphins placed RB Frank Gore on injured reserve with a sprained foot, ending his season. This was the expected outcome for Gore after injuring his foot in Week 15. He'll finish the 2018 campaign with 846 yards (722 rushing, 124 receiving) and one touchdown for his hometown Fins. The 35-year-old hasn't made a decision yet on his NFL future, though it's conceivable he could return for a 15th season. Gore currently ranks fourth on the league's all-time rushing yards list behind only Emmitt Smith, Walter Payton and Barry Sanders. Kalen Ballage and Kenyan Drake will fill the void in Gore's absence.
NFL Betting Trends
Jacksonville
The over is 4-0 in the Jaguars’ last four road games.
Miami
The over is 5-0 in the Dolphins’ last five games after accumulating more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
Prediction
Since Cody Kessler took over under center for the Jaguars, the team has scored six, nine and 13 points in their last three games. That’s horrendous. The Jags also limited Leonard Fournette’s snaps a week ago (apparently by design), so it’s almost if they’re not trying to score. Miami got torched a week ago in Minnesota, allowing 41 points to a Vikings team that fired their offensive coordinator just six days prior. That said, the Dolphins have more than enough on the defensive side of the ball to hold the Jags in check and keep this game low-scoring.
