The Sunday Night Football matchup is a good one this week, as the Eagles will host the Cardinals at 8:30PM ET with playoff implications on the line for both teams.

Oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI currently list the Eagles as a 3.5-point home underdog versus the Cardinals while the over/under for tonight's game sits at 51 points.

There's been a fair amount of talk this week about how much Sam Bradford has improved throughout the season. That's debatable. The Eagles upset the Patriots three weeks ago on the strength of their special teams and defense, and Bradford was up and down in a win last Sunday over the Bills. It's not as if he lit up New England and Buffalo the past two weeks.

On the other side, Carson Palmer is a legit MVP candidate and Larry Fitzgerald has destroyed the Eagles in year's past, scoring at least one touchdown in each of his last seven games versus Philadelphia. Of his 105 career touchdowns including playoffs, 11 have come against the Eagles.

Arizona is the toughest opponent Philadelphia has faced to date and while the Eagles are also in the playoff mix because they play in the hapless NFC East, the Cardinals are worth a play tonight as a slight road favorite.
