NFL Week 15 Las Vegas Betting Odds

NFL Week 15 Las Vegas Betting Odds, 12/11/18 Point Spreads & Totals

There are several key matchups with playoff implications in the NFL this week, starting with Thursday night’s AFC West clash between the Chargers and Chiefs. How do Las Vegas oddsmakers view each matchup?

According to oddsmakers from Las Vegas sportsbook MGM Mirage, the Chiefs are currently 3.5-point home favorites to beat the Chargers on Thursday night. The total for that game hit the board at 56.5 but was bet down to 53. In the last four meetings between these two teams, the Chargers are 0-4 against the spread.

There are also two matchups on Saturday this week, as the Jets host the Texans at 4:30 p.m. ET and the Broncos host the Browns at 8:20 p.m. ET. New York is a 6-point home dog to Houston in Las Vegas while Denver is laying a field goal to Cleveland. The underdog is 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between the Jets and Texans while Houston is just 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings with New York. The Browns, meanwhile, are 1-4 against the number in their last five games against the Broncos.

Moving to Sunday, the Ravens are 8-point home favorites to beat the Bucs at the MGM Mirage while the Bengals are laying three points to the Raiders, who shocked the Steelers as 10-point home dogs in Week 14. The Bills are also 2.5-point home favorites to beat the Lions while the red-hot Cowboys are catching a field goal versus the Colts in Indianapolis. Also early on Sunday, the Giants are 2.5-point home favorites to the Titans, the Vikings are laying 8 points at home to the Dolphins, and the Falcons are -9 versus the visiting Cardinals. Finally, the Bears are 5.5-point home favorites against the Packers at 1:00 p.m. ET and the Redskins are catching 7 points against the Jaguars.

There are only two late games on Sunday and one doesn’t have a spread yet because of the unknown playing status of Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. As of this writing, the Patriots-Steelers game does not have a line as oddsmakers wait to see if Big Ben (ribs) will play. In the other late Sunday game, the 49ers are 5.5-point home dogs to a Seahawks team that is 8-5 and has won four consecutive games after beating the Vikings on Monday night.

The primetime slate features the Eagles traveling to L.A. to take on the Rams at 8:20 p.m. ET Sunday night. The Rams are currently 9-point home favorites to beat the Eagles at the MGM Mirage.

On Monday night, meanwhile, the Saints are laying 6.5-point points on the road to the Panthers at 8:15 p.m. ET. New Orleans is 4-0 against the spread in its last four games played in Charlotte and is 6-1 ATS in its last seven games versus the Panthers overall. With Carolina struggling mightily and essentially falling out of the playoff hunt in the NFC, public bettors are currently fading the Panthers.
