The Vikings will be missing key pieces at all three levels of their defense tonight in the desert. Linebacker Anthony Barr has been ruled out due to a groin injury, free safety Harrison Smith is out with a hamstring problem, strong safety Andrew Sendejo is battling a knee injury, and nose tackle Linval Joseph is out with a foot injury.

In Week 13 versus the Seahawks, the Vikings allowed 38 points and 433 yards of total offense in a 38-7 rout. Now this banged up group will face a Cardinals offense that ranks No. 1 in total yards per game (419.5), No. 1 in points scored (31.8), No. 3 in passing yards per game (299.3) and No. 8 in rushing yards per contest (120.2).

After opening as 7.5-point home favorites, the line for tonight's game has climbed to Arizona -9 according to oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag. The total has also been bet up, going from 45 points up to 46.
