Bucs vs. Saints Spread Prediction
The New Orleans Saints are coming off their worst offensive performance of the season and their second loss of the year. Will they rebound with a win and a cover on Sunday when they visit the Tampa Bay Bucs?
Game Snapshot
113 New Orleans Saints at 114 Tampa Bay Bucs

Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida
Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Saints are 10-point favorites to beat the Bucs. The total, meanwhile, sits at 54.5 points. As of this writing, 62% of the public betting tickets are on the Saints to cover the point spread.
New Orleans Saints
Saints LT Terron Armstead (shoulder) is out for Week 14. Armstead was given a 3-4 week timetable back in early November. He'll miss at least another game. The Saints will continue to go with Jermon Bushrod on Drew Brees' blindside.
Tampa Bay Bucs
DeSean Jackson (thumb) is out for Week 14 against the Saints. It's his second straight absence. Jackson continues to nurse a thumb injury he suffered weeks earlier. His return this year is uncertain. Chris Godwin has averaged over 100 yards per game with Jackson out of the lineup and should be in store for another big week against New Orleans. Along with being a usable WR2 in season-long leagues, Godwin will also be an enticing DFS option this week.
NFL Betting Trends
New Orleans
The Saints have covered the spread in nine of their last 10 games and are 15-6 at the betting window in their last 21 games against fellow NFC South rivals.
Tampa Bay
The Bucs are 5-2 against the number in their last seven games versus the rest of the division and are 4-0 ATS in their last four games in December.
Prediction
The Bucs shocked the Saints in New Orleans in Week 1 so this is a revenge spot for the favorites. The Saints are also coming off their worst offensive performance of the year so I expect to get their best effort on Sunday. The Bucs are also coming off a win last week versus the Panthers but Cam Newton threw multiple interceptions in Tampa territory. This is a lot of points and the Bucs have hung tough against divisional opponents but I see a blowout here.
