Fresh off their bye, the 7-4 Chiefs will host the 6-5 Raiders and are laying 10 points at Arrowhead on Sunday. Is that number too high or will Kansas City roll versus its AFC West rivals at 4:25 p.m. ET?

Oakland Raiders Fantasy Spin
Derek Carr completed 15-of-27 passes for 127 yards, zero touchdowns and an interception in the Raiders' Week 12 matchup against the Jets. Carr and the offense failed to get anything going for the entire afternoon. Coach Jon Gruden ultimately decided to go with backup QB Mike Glennon down 31 points at the end of the third quarter. None of the Raiders' pass catchers managed to clear even 40 receiving yards prior to Carr exiting. Coach Jon Gruden has enabled the offense to great heights this season when everything is right, but Carr struggled to carry the offense this week without the benefit of a strong running game or picture-perfect protection. Treat him as more of a mid-tier QB2 in Week 13's matchup against the Chiefs
Kansas City Chiefs Fantasy Spin
Tyreek Hill (hamstring) will be available Sunday against the Raiders. Hill practiced in full all week and is good to go for Week 13. He caught 11-of-19 targets for 157 yards and a score the last time we saw him for a full game back in Week 10. Continue to fire up Hill as an every-week high-end WR1 regardless of the matchup. This week's spot just so happens to be against the Raiders' porous secondary. No defense has allowed more passes of 20-plus yards this season
NFL Betting Trends
Oakland
The Raiders are just 1-5 against the spread in their last six games played at Arrowhead Stadium.
Kansas City
The Chiefs are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven meetings with the Raiders overall.
Prediction
Andy Reid is always dangerous to fade off a bye and while the winds are expected to be gusty in Kansas City on Sunday, the Chiefs have more than enough offense to beat a struggling Oakland squad by multiple scores. The Raiders were trounced 34-3 by the Jets last weekend in East Rutherford but if you go back to the week prior, they also struggled against a winless Bengals team at home. Their offense hasn’t clicked in a few weeks and while the Chiefs have had their issues defensively, they’ve actually held the Raiders to 10, 3, 33 and 15 points the last four times they played Oakland.
