49ers vs. Ravens Week 13 Prediction

49ers vs. Ravens, 12/1/19 NFL Week 13 Spread Predictions

In what should be the game of the week in the NFL, the 10-1 49ers will visit the 9-2 Ravens at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. Is 5.5 too many points to hand a 49ers team that has been so good defensively this season?

Game Snapshot

San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Spin

Deebo Samuel (shoulder) was a limited participant for Thursday's practice. George Kittle (ankle), Matt Breida (ankle), and Emmanuel Sanders (ribs) were also limited Thursday. With multiple mid-week practices under their belts, all are expected to suit up for Week 13 against Baltimore. Consider Samuel a strong WR3/4 as he recently fought through his shoulder injury against the Rams to finish with 2/50/1.

Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Spin

Mark Ingram rushed 15 times for 111 yards and one touchdown in the Ravens' 45-6, Week 12 win over the Rams Monday night, adding a seven-yard touchdown catch. The Ravens rushed for 285 yards as a team. This is the best team in the NFL, and it may not be all that close right now. We should get a good look at how close the Niners are to the Ravens when these teams square off next week in Baltimore. Ingram now has 12 touchdowns on the year and four 100-yard rushing games. San Francisco will present a stiff Week 13 test, but Ingram has evolved into a fade-matchup RB1 every week in this potent rushing attack.

NFL Betting Trends

San Francisco

The 49ers are 15-33-4 against the spread in their last 52 games coming off a win of more than 14 points.

Baltimore

The Ravens are a perfect 5-0 against the spread in their last five games overall but are just 3-9 against the number in their last 12 home games.

Prediction

Nobody has slowed Lamar Jackson this season, but the 49ers do have the athletes and bodies up front to at least hold him in check. This is a lot of points to give a San Francisco team that has played so well defensively this season and one that is 10-1 on the year. The Niners didn’t build that record by accident. With the Ravens also coming off a short week of rest and preparation, I like grabbing the points with an underdog that certainly has the ability to win outright.

NFL Week 13 Prediction: San Francisco 49ers +5.5
