Colts vs. Titans Spread Prediction
Fresh off their upset win over the Patriots in a revenge spot, will the Tennessee Titans pull off a smaller upset Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET when they visit the Indianapolis Colts?
Game Snapshot
461 Tennessee Titans at 462 Indianapolis Colts
1:00 p.m. ET, Sunday, November 18
Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana
Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Colts are 1.5-point favorites to beat the Titans. The total, meanwhile, sits at 51 points. As of this writing, 55% of the public betting tickets are on the Titans to cover the point spread.
Tennessee Titans
Titans RT Jack Conklin has cleared the concussion protocol. He'll return Sunday after sitting last week. Conklin has been playing at a high level this year, grading as a top-25 tackle at PFF. His return upgrades the entire Tennessee offense.
Indianapolis Colts
Colts S Malik Hooker (knee) is out for Week 11 against the Titans. In Hooker's only missed game this season, Derek Carr completed 21-of-28 passes for 244 yards and three scores. It's an unfortunate time for Hooker to be sidelined given how the Titans' offense has performed with Marcus Mariota healthy the past two weeks. The Colts will also be without CB D.J. Killings (ankle).
NFL Betting Trends
Tennessee
The Titans are 6-0 against the spread in their last six games versus the rest of the division and are 6-2 against the number in their last eight games overall.
Indianapolis
The Colts are 10-2-1 against the spread in their last 13 games played in the month of November and are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games coming off a win.
Prediction
The Titans are a trendy underdog but I like the home side here. For starters, the favorite is 9-2 against the spread in the last 11 meetings between these two teams while the Titans are 3-10 against the number in their last 13 games versus the Colts and are just 1-6 ATS in their last seven trips to Indy. Andrew Luck also hasn’t been sacked in four straight games and even though this is a divisional matchup I don’t think the Titans will be as emotional this week as they were a week ago at home versus the Patriots. In a game that should come down to the wire, I’m laying the 1.5 points.
NFL Week 11 Prediction: Indianapolis Colts -1.5
