Cincinnati is 6-2 with the under in its last eight road games and 16-5 with the under in its last 21 games in November. While the Bengals are bad on offense, their defense seems to step up and find a way to keep this competitive. Tennessee isn’t dominant enough on offense to light up this Bengals defense.
