Miami Dolphins Fantasy Spin
NFL suspended Dolphins RB Mark Walton four games for violating the league's personal conduct policy. The suspension is related to Walton's three offseason arrests. He's worked as the Dolphins' featured back ever since the team traded Kenyan Drake to the Cardinals. Miami is expected to move forward with Kalen Ballage as their three-down back. It certainly wouldn't be surprising if they add to the position. The Dolphins could also utilize backup RBs Patrick Laird or Myles Gaskin, although neither has a touch this season.
Indianapolis Colts Fantasy Spin
Coach Frank Reich said Jacoby Brissett (knee) is a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup against the Dolphins. Brissett will be without two of his top pass catchers in T.Y. Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand) if active. Still, the mouth-watering matchup against the Dolphins' 32nd-ranked defense in pass DVOA would be tough for fantasy owners to pass up if Brissett manages to suit up. The Colts have functioned as one of the league's most run-heavy offenses, but Brissett has still managed to throw multiple touchdowns in five of his seven full games.
NFL Betting Trends
Miami
The over is 5-2 in the Dolphins’ last seven games after allowing less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game.
Indianapolis
The under is 4-0 in the Colts’ last four games coming off a loss.
Prediction
The over is 4-1 in the Colts’ last five home games and is 5-2 in their last seven games when facing an opponent with a losing record. On the other side, the over is 4-1 in the Dolphins’ last five games coming off a win, is 9-4 in their last 13 games played in November and is 5-1 in their last six games following an ATS win. With no Hilton, Campbell and perhaps Brissett, plenty of bettors will flock to the under Sunday in Indianapolis. That said, this Miami defense is still one of the worst in the NFL and can be had on the ground. Big plays should help us cash the over.
