Raiders LG Kelechi Osemele (knee) was limited at practice on Tuesday. Osemele, who was a DNP in Monday's estimated injury report, is finally inching closer to returning after getting in limited reps two days before the Raiders Week 9 game against the 49ers. It's been a longer than expected rehab, and Osemele is still questionable ahead of Thursday night. Jon Feliciano will continue to draw starts for as long as Osemele is sidelined.

San Francisco 49ers

The Athletic's Matt Barrows expects C.J. Beathard (questionable, wrist) to play in Week 9 against the Raiders. Coach Kyle Shanahan called Beathard a game-time decision. Beathard was limited in the 49ers' walkthrough on Wednesday, putting him on track to play despite the short week. The 49ers would be forced to start Nick Mullens if Beathard sits.

Prediction

It’s somewhat surprising to see that Beathard could play tonight considering there was a report on Tuesday that indicated the QB was struggling to grip a ball due to his wrist injury. If he plays, he could be limited. If he doesn’t play, then Nick Mullens will start. Either way, the Raiders offer some value from a betting standpoint. They’re a mess too the Niners shouldn’t be favored against anyone right now so this is a principle play for me.
