Chiefs vs. Broncos Week 7 Prediction

Chiefs vs. Broncos, 10/25/20 NFL Week 7 Betting Predictions

AFC West rivals clash in Denver on Sunday afternoon when the Broncos host the Chiefs at 4:25 p.m. ET. After pulling off the upset last Sunday in Foxborough, do the Broncos have another cover up their sleeve as a home dog today against the defending Super Bowl champs?

Game Snapshot

471 Kansas City Chiefs (-7) at 472 Denver Broncos (+7); o/u 44

4:25 p.m. ET, Sunday, October 25, 2020

Venue: Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, Denver, CO

Kansas City Chiefs DFS Spin

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Sammy Watkins (hamstring) will "most likely" be out for Week 7 against the Broncos. As expected. Demarcus Robinson ran a route on 100% of Patrick Mahomes' dropbacks on Monday night and finished with one fewer target (6) than Travis Kelce (7). Expect a similar workload for Robinson against the Broncos' injury-riddled defense. Mecole Hardman remains a deep league FLEX option after playing 40% of Kansas City's snaps and failing to record a single catch in that same game.

Denver Broncos DFS Spin

Noah Fant (ankle) will play in Week 7 against the Chiefs. Fant recorded a 19.8% target share in his first four games for the Broncos and suddenly returns with Drew Lock back under center. Presumably healthy after being removed from the team's injury report on Friday, Fant should be valued as a top-10 tight end in Week 7 for what should be negative game script against Kansas City on Sunday. Rookie Albert Okwuegbunam could still keep involved for TE Premium leagues in the red zone.

Chiefs vs. Broncos Betting Prediction

The Chiefs are 8-1 against the spread in their last nine meetings with the Broncos and have covered in all six of their last six trips to Mile High. The favorite has also cashed in five of the last seven meetings between these two teams while the road side is 4-1 at the betting window in the last five meetings between these two teams. The Chiefs are also 9-2-1 against the spread in their last 12 games coming off a win, are 13-3-1 against the number in their last 17 games overall and are 23-9-1 against the number in their last 33 road games. On the other side, the Broncos are just 7-18-1 against the spread in their last 26 divisional games and are 6-14-1 at the betting window in their last 21 games after allowing less than 15 points in their previous contest.
